Cera-coatR

Features and Types of Cera-coatR

The Cera-coatR has nine brands such as R15, R20, R25, R30, R50, R70, R90, R110 and R130. The three Cera-coatR brands ranging from R15 to R25 are "linear type" products that begin releasing ingredients immediately after fertilization. The six brands ranging from R30 to R130, on the other hand, are “sigmoid type" products that are designed to hold release for a fixed period of time before those fertilizers begin releasing.

The numeric indicator for each Cera-coatR brand shows the number of days required torelease 80% of nitrogen in 25°C water. In other words, Cera-coatR30 requires around 30days to release 80% of nitrogen in 25°C water.

Cera-coatR has the following features:

  • Cera-coatR is coated with a vegetable oil-based polyurethane resin, the main ingredient of which is a natural raw material. After release is completed, sunlight and microbes serve to gradually dissolve and decay the coating.
  • While the release of fertilizer ingredients is affected by the temperature, there is little or no pH impact. Accordingly, Cera-coatR can be used for various types of soil.
  • Cera-coatR can also be used for mechanical fertilization (rice transplanters with drill fertilizer applicator, knapsack power applicators and broadcasters).

Table 1 Cera-coatR Series

Product Release type Release control (number of days) Release (number of days)
R15 Linear type - 15days
R20 20days
R25 25days
R30 Sigmoid type 15days 30days
R50 25days 50days
R70 35days 70days
R90 45days 90days
R110 55days 110days
R130 65days 130days

Notes

*Release control(number of days) and Release(number of days) are the number of days, which are required to release 10% and 80% of nitrogen, respectively, in 25°C water.

Cera-coatR Compound Fertilizer

Cera-coatR compound fertilizer contains Cera-coatR and is able to supply soil with the appropriate amount of nitrogen as and when a relevant crop requires. As Cera-coatR compound fertilizer is so efficient that users are able to reduce the amount of fertilizer applied, consequently, fertilizer runoffs to rivers and ponds will be minimized. Furthermore, after the initial fertilization as base, Cera-coatR compound fertilizer works long enough to reduce time and labor related to additional fertilization. Insomuch that the production cost is reduced.

We offer a wide variety of Cera-coatR compound fertilizer products.
This broad lineup takes into account the particular attributes, crops and crop breeds of each region as well as prevailing conditions including warm and cold weather together with intermediate regions. For example, Cera-coatR30 and R50, which are designed to release ingredients relatively quickly, are primarily used as full basal fertilizers that require no additional application for paddy rice located in cold areas. In contrast, Cera-coatR70, R90 and R110, which releasing speed is slow, are mainly combined for use in warm regions.
