Phosphor glass

We provide glass powder and glass chips for uniform distribution of phosphor.
Glass powder is offered both in a standard and custom compositions developed to meet a variety of requirements. Glass chips are formed to meet a variety of applications, based on a standard product.

Glass powder

Glass powder is prepared for use by mixing it with phosphor and firing it at the required temperature. Reaction with the phosphor during firing is suppressed as much as possible to prevent degradation of the phosphor.

Glass chips

This is a form of glass which contains phosphor. This glass combines the thermal resistance, water resistance, and light resistance typical of glass with the technology of uniformly dispersing phosphor in the glass, which contributes to stable light emission.

*Moisture resistance testing results of phosphor-dispersed glass(85°C, 85% RH, 1,000h and PCT: 121°C, 100% RH, 96h) indicates no change in external quantum efficiency before and after testing.
