Message from the President.
Fluorine gas is used to produce the fluoropolymer-coated nonstick frying pans and leading-edge semiconductor devices. Drawing on the unique properties of fluorine, fluorine compounds find wide use in daily life.
Hydrofluoric acid is the product used as a precursor for these fluorine compounds.
